Our Belief
AI is no longer just a technology. AI talks to us, answers our questions, and helps us. But most AI is still treated as 'technology'. We have to learn prompts, understand AI's limitations, and adapt to AI.
We believe this is wrong. AI should adapt to humans. Humans shouldn't learn AI; AI should understand humans. This is AX.

If UX is design for humans, AX optimizes AI for humans
2. From Usability to Intelligence
If UX is usability, AX is intelligence
3. Essential Element
Just as every product needs UX, every AI needs AX
4. Transparent AI
It must be clear what AI can and cannot do. When AI is unsure, it should say so. When AI answers incorrectly, it should admit and correct it. Good AX builds trust.
5. Every AI Needs AX
In the past, 'good UX' was a differentiator. Now it's a basic requirement. AX is the same. In the future, every AI product must have good AX. Without it, users will leave.
Our Vision
In 10 years, people will use the word 'AX' naturally. Just as there are 'UX Designers', there will be 'AX Designers'. It will be obvious that every AI product must have 'good AX'. We are building that future.
